Initial Booking Phase

The Adloc application improves the service provided by the Sales House to the Media Buyers.

Adloc enables Media Sales Houses to turn Media briefs into actual bookings during the upfront period, which is when most of their inventory is sold. The aim is to maximize upfront revenue or any other objective and thus gain full control over the inventory.

ADLOC takes into account all types of constraints:

  Legal: Maximum break length, maximum broadcast per day, per hour, clash codes…

  Marketing: twin spots, Run By Station campaigns, Spot Buying, Programs or Time Slots selection, …

  Commercial: negotiated up front deal (% of preferred positions…)

The optimum result is checked, validated and sent out to the Sales System.


Ongoing Booking Phase

The aim of this module is to provide the Planning Department with a tool for handling daily optimization of campaigns booked in the Sales System as:

  Future GRPs estimates may have changed

  Broadcast GRPs on current campaigns are different than expected

  New campaigns are accepted every day and need both to be optimized, as well as the whole inventory

Driven by inventory optimisation objectives, ADLOC Replay re-adjusts Run by Station campaigns on a regular basis, using the minimum of air time & providing high performances to Media Agencies & Advertisers.
